What we collect, and when

We only collect what you type into a form. We do not buy lists, and we do not enrich what you give us from third-party sources.

• Quotation request: your name, company, email, phone, role, the site location, the nature of the failure, an approximate area, an optional budget band and timeline, and whatever you write in the detail field.
• Site inspection booking: your name, company, email, phone, the site address, a preferred date and window, and what you would like us to look at.
• Materials order: the details required to take payment and deliver, handled by our payment and commerce providers rather than stored by this website.
• Technical data: your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit form submissions and is not stored against your enquiry.

Why we use it, and the lawful basis

To prepare and follow up a quotation, to arrange and carry out a site inspection, and to fulfil an order. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing. If you ask for a quotation you will hear from an estimator about that quotation.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are recorded in our database and passed to our workflow automation so the right person picks them up and nothing is dropped. Both are operated on our instructions and under contract.

Payments and materials orders are handled by our payment provider and commerce platform. We never see or store your full card details.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quotation requests and inspection bookings are retained for three years from your last contact with us, which covers the normal period in which a project is re-tendered or a warranty question arises. Order and invoicing records are retained for ten years to meet Philippine tax and accounting requirements.

After those periods the records are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

• To exercise any of these, email us with "Data request" in the subject line.
• We respond within fifteen working days. If we need to verify who you are before acting, we will say what we need and why.
• If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies unless you accept them. Nothing that identifies you is loaded before you choose, and declining leaves the site fully functional.

Strictly necessary cookies — the ones that remember your cookie choice and keep a shopping basket working — are set without consent because the site cannot function without them.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over TLS and stored with access restricted to the people who need them. Files you send us — drawings, bills of quantities, proof of payment — are held in storage that issues expiring links rather than public URLs.
